So I signed up for one of those free XBox things online. They’ve been proven to work so I figure what have I got to lose?
It’s simple really:
- I create an account on their site
- They give me a link that I give to everyone
- People sign up for and complete an offer (Some are actually pretty good, like Netflix and Gamefly)
- After a certain number of referrals are fulfilled, I got an XBox in the mail!

I’m looking for a new computer desk, so if anyone knows a good brand or website please contact me.
And don’t tell me Staples, Walmart, or any of the big name stores, their selection is for those craptastic desktop Dells, not a hardcore gaming rig.
So it’s been only 1 week since I went back to my old job, and it’s going very well!
Been busy running all over to businesses (yuck) and homes (yay!) fixing every problem given to me.
And in the office things are getting productive. We’re setting up some workflows to really get things going smooth and we’re writing more agreements to cover our asses. So hopefully in 1 month the business will be running so well we’ll need more people.
So I started my new (old) job today.
Fixed a few computers, and I’m setting up a new CRM for the shop. SO that’s kinda cool.
Also secured my blog so hopefully I won’t get hacked again.
If I get hacked one more time I have to switch the software product I’m using, and I really don’t want to.
So I seemed to have pissed off my boss.
I left a note for him Fri. night saying I wasn’t coming in Sat. because I was so pissed at him for being a jerk (not in those exact words, actually a little nicer).
I had also mentioned that he not call me unless he wants to fire me.
So I went in today, and the manager who he shafted into working all day today reluctantly asked for my keys. My manager didn’t even have the balls to do it himself. What a prick.
I’m glad I’m gonna piss him off. Filing all sorts of complaints against him. Cause telling him off would mean nothing.
So I’m finally getting a new job. Well, getting my old job back. Except many changes.
- The business is more focused
- More organized
- I’m gonna be focusing on homes and not businesses
- My opinions will have more influence
- Room for growth now that I can drive
It’s gonna be pretty cool to be doing what I love again.
I may not reach my ultimate goal of making technology easy for everyone, but if I do at least some, I can be content.

I’m gonna give everyone a piece of advice about asking me for advice.
DO NOT ask for my opinion even if you already have made up your mind. You waste my time and you piss me the fuck off.
Recent example:
Guy I’m doing some computer work for wants to buy a laptop. He calls me up and asks what I’d recommend but mentions he likes HP. Well I tell him I don’t like HP and to goto ASUS. He says he wants to get one in a store (Best Buy) and doesn’t want to buy online. I told him I don’t like the major brands you’d find in a normal electronics store. He then asks “Well what’s your 2nd choice” I told him again I don’t like the ones in the stores. Fucker is going to BB to buy a laptop. I’m not giving him anymore advice since he’s obviously more knowledgeable than me and can’t even set up his own network right. Jackass.
To whomever hacked my site:
Fuck off and die. Seriously.

No this isn’t about MP3s or movies, that’s a completely different can of worms.
This is about pictures and those fucking kiosks in every damn store.
I work in a place that has a kiosk where you can scan and print your own photos.
Every now and then I see copyrighted works being scanned or printed. So I politely inform the customer I cannot sell/print the item because it’s covered under copyright.

Since blogging my personal life isn’t going anywhere (It would be the same shit every day anyway). I’ve decided to shift focusĀ on my knowledgebase. I figure if I do anything for the web it will be to pour out my brain in hopes of making the net a tiny bit better, faster, and safer.
